What is covered by warranty policy?
Marshal tire warranty policy is only cover defects in
material or workmanship in normal use on the vehicle. But, Eligible tires must
be used on the vehicle on which they were orginally installed according to the
vehicle manufacture's recommnedation. (Loading Capacity, Air Pressure and so
on,
What us not covered by warranty policy?
1) Any tire worn beyond the wear bars (less than 1.6mm remaining tread.)
2) Out of warranty period
3) Tire Damage or Irregular wear due to :
- Road Hazard, including puncture, cut, impact break, bulge, snag, stone drill, collision.
- Continued use while run flat or under acute under -inflation
-Improper use or operation, overloading etc.
- Unevern or rapid wear which is caused by mechanical irregularity in the vehicle such as misalignment
-Already compensated product
Customer obligation
The custimer should present the claim tire, together with the vehicle on which it was used, to an authorized Marshal retail tire dealer
The cost of mounting, balancing, and any other services charge or applicable taxes are payable by the customer
